Rainbow Six Siege reveals Metal Gear Solid-inspired REDACTED mode and character skins

Ubisoft has revealed [REDACTED], a new Metal Gear Solid-inspired event for Rainbow Six Siege’s Year 11 Season 1: Operation Silent Hunt.

The limited-time mode features 4v4 infiltration gameplay and brings Solid Snake together with Sam Fisher, known as Zero in Siege. It takes place on a modified Nighthaven Labs map inspired by a location from Metal Gear.

The collaboration also brings familiar Metal Gear faces to Siege’s operators. The reveal includes Jackal as Gray Fox, Ash as Meryl Silverburgh, and Smoke as Psycho Mantis, with Revolver Ocelot also appearing among the previewed character skins. Psycho Mantis is part of the season’s Battle Pass, while additional cosmetics are tied to the event.

Operation Silent Hunt launches March 3, with [REDACTED] following later in the season. We’re looking forward to seeing how the infiltration theme comes together.
