Ubisoft has detailed Solid Snake’s gadgets, weapons, and battlefield abilities for Rainbow Six Siege’s Operation Silent Hunt. The new gameplay breakdown shows how the Metal Gear collaboration carries Snake’s familiar tools into Siege’s tactical matches.

The Soliton Radar MK III displays nearby floor layouts and uses All Clear, Caution, and Alert states. Its Precision Mode reveals detected enemies’ exact positions and facing directions, although it only covers Snake’s current floor and connected staircases. Defenders such as Vigil and Mute can interfere with its detection, while Alibi’s decoys can mislead it.
On-Site Procurement lets Snake replenish his secondary equipment by collecting utility pouches from eliminated operators. He can carry one item in each of five categories: frag grenades, stun grenades, smoke grenades, impact EMPs, and breach charges.
His primary weapon choices are the F2 assault rifle and PMR90A2 marksman rifle. He also brings the TACIT .45, a new pistol with an integrated suppressor and reflex sight. Snake joins the permanent operator roster when the season launches March 3.
