Mondo releases Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty’s soundtrack on 3LP vinyl

Mondo has released the Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty original video game soundtrack as an expanded three-LP vinyl set, featuring original artwork by Stephen Green.

The Mondo Splatter Vinyl edition is pressed on 140g records and packaged in a tri-fold gatefold sleeve. James Plotkin mastered the soundtrack for vinyl, and the records play at 33⅓ RPM.

The tracklist spans six sides, including Opening Infiltration, Olga Gurlukovich, Fortune, Vamp and Father and Son. Side F adds bonus tracks and remixes, including Electronica Emma, the VR “Remixed” tracks and both parts of Next Generation.

We shared Mondo’s announcement on June 26, 2024, when the release went on sale. The product page lists the set at $60; check the listing for current availability and shipping eligibility.
