Metal Gear Solid Delta’s FOX HUNT will not support cross-play

Konami has confirmed that Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater’s online multiplayer mode, FOX HUNT, will not support cross-play between different platforms.

The official Japanese Metal Gear account lists PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and Steam as supported platforms. Players on different platforms will therefore be unable to play together.

We also raised another question in our follow-up: will multiplayer be region-based, or will we be able to play with players from all over the world? The cross-play notice does not address that point.
