Watching the HideoTube special, we enjoyed a familiar reference from Hideo Kojima as he discussed playing Death Stranding on iPhone and easily continuing on a Mac.
“A long time ago I was doing this thing called Transfarring at Konami,” he recalled.
For those of us who followed Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker through its handheld and HD releases, the connection is immediately familiar. That continuity between a portable device and another screen has been part of Kojima’s thinking for a long time.
