Metal Gear series sales reach 65.5 million as of December 2025

The Metal Gear series has reached 65.5 million copies in cumulative sales as of the end of December 2025, according to Konami’s reported figures.

Back in October, we reported a total of 65.1 million, following a rise of 1.8 million around the August release of Metal Gear Solid Δ: Snake Eater. The December total adds another 400,000 to that previously reported series figure.

This is the cumulative total for the Metal Gear series, rather than a separate sales figure for Delta. Konami’s series figures include units shipped, store downloads, and subscription services.
