MGS4 and Peace Walker confirmed for Master Collection Vol. 2, coming August 27

Metal Gear Solid 4 is happening. Peace Walker is happening. Metal Gear Solid: Master Collection Vol. 2 has been revealed, with an August 27, 2026 release date!

We shared these first looks as the announcement landed during State of Play. Seeing MGS4 finally make the jump beyond PS3 is a moment we’ve waited years for.

The collection includes MGS4: Guns of the Patriots and the HD Collection version of Peace Walker, with Metal Gear: Ghost Babel as bonus content. It is coming to PS5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Switch 2, and Steam.
