Metal Gear Solid Delta pre-orders: Standard, Deluxe and Collector’s Edition regions explained

We’re still receiving questions about the Metal Gear Solid Δ: Snake Eater pre-order editions, so here is the regional lineup announced when pre-orders opened two days ago.

Standard, Deluxe and Collector’s Editions

Standard Edition: the game itself, available through retail partners in the Americas, UK and EU, and wherever games are typically sold. Availability in other regions may vary.

Deluxe Edition: announced for retail partners in the UK and EU.

Collector’s Edition: announced for retail partners in the Americas.

Ordering across regions

Those retail regions do not necessarily prevent importing. Some retailers and forwarding services ship outside their own region, though options are limited. We have successfully ordered from Amazon UK and Japan for delivery to the United States. Check each retailer yourself; prices, taxes and shipping costs vary.

This lineup does not include any retailer-specific special editions arranged with Konami. We were not aware of any at the time of this report, but such partnerships are common. We’ll share any additional information as it becomes available. Hope this helps. GLHF. 🫶

Possible restocks

As we added in our follow-up, strong demand could lead Konami to manufacture additional units and supply more retailer stock. That was a possibility, not a confirmed restock. If your preferred edition is sold out, keep checking for restocks and additional units.
