Looking back at Okamura’s MGS4 tease for Master Collection Vol. 2

Back in August 2024, producer Noriaki Okamura teased Metal Gear Solid: Master Collection Vol. 2 and the inclusion of Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots in an interview with IGN.

Asked about MGS4, he acknowledged its situation and pointed to Vol. 1 containing MGS1–3, telling fans they could “probably connect the dots”. We’re revisiting that tease as we wait for more on Vol. 2.
