A follower shared correspondence with us after submitting a detailed Master Collection Vol. 1 bug report to Konami. The response said the information had been forwarded to internal game teams, that the issues were known, and that fixes were being worked on for a future update.
This was a support response shared with MGN, rather than a published patch schedule. It did not specify which fixes would arrive or give a release date.

We welcomed the acknowledgement and remained hopeful about further fixes. In our follow-up, we explained why resolving the collection’s issues mattered for confidence in future Metal Gear releases:
I agree I think its critical that they address all issues brought on by the MCV1. And not just for the sake of more Volumes moving forward, but what kind of message does this send to people looking forward to METAL GEAR SOLID Δ: SNAKE EATER and any faith they are to have or expectations for that remake. First impressions are everything, and unfortunately for Konami, they have lost that luxury, and if any company needed to rebuild burnt bridges with fans, its them. Its critical they do this for a multitude of reasons.
