Our view

We’ve been of the mindset that Konami can take as long as it needs, as long as it does right by this game. Whether that meant 2025 or even 2026, our priority was a bug-free release and the best possible experience for fans, new and old.

We want all of us to have an unforgettable time with this very special game. It means a lot to a lot of people, and respecting the legacy of director Kojima and the amazing team behind the original is essential. Delta will set a precedent for future projects in the series.
