A long-awaited return: Thank you to the Metal Gear team

I once again have to give credit where credit is due. Thank you to Konami’s Japanese team, Konami, the Metal Gear development team and the official Metal Gear team for doing what fans have asked for over so many years.

I spent years pushing for these games to be restored and made available again, and tomorrow marks a significant moment as once again you make good on that promise.

I appreciate it, the fans appreciate it, and we celebrate this release with you.
