Metal Gear Solid: Portable Ops and Plus return online through community servers

This is huge: Metal Gear Solid: Portable Ops and Portable Ops Plus are back online through community servers.

SaveMGO shared the revival announcement, highlighting restored matchmaking and stats, with support for PSP, PS Vita, and the PPSSPP emulator. It gives players another way to return to the games’ online battles.

The setup guide has separate instructions for PSP, PS Vita through Adrenaline, and PPSSPP. It uses the savempo plugin to connect the games to the community infrastructure, with a FAQ and Discord available for help. The guide requires your own copy of the game and does not supply game files.

We’ve linked the guide below, along with SaveMGO’s announcement and all four images.
