Konami announces a fourth consecutive base salary increase for March 2026

I’ve reported this in the past when it’s happened and once again… Credit where credit is due. I love to see it Konami. 👏

“Starting in March 2026, Konami Group will increase base salaries for the fourth consecutive term for full-time employees at domestic group companies, with the aim of stabilizing employees’ income and creating a rewarding work environment.

In addition, the starting salary for new graduates will be increased as well for this fourth consecutive term.”

The announced increase

Konami’s February 19, 2025 release sets the increase at ¥5,000 per month, or ¥60,000 per year, beginning in March 2026. Starting pay for new graduates rises from ¥300,000 to ¥305,000 per month. Some domestic group companies and job classifications are excluded.
