Whoa! Great find. A Nikita skip has been discovered in Metal Gear Solid, and Jaguar King has shared a demonstration of his setup. He credits iLL_Pazzo with the discovery and describes the execution as pixel-perfect.
The skip concerns the electrified-floor section in the Nuclear Warhead Storage Building’s B2 gas room. Normally, this is where we use the Nikita to destroy the electrical control panel and make the route safe. Jaguar King’s demonstration instead shows Snake navigating the room without carrying out that usual remote-missile sequence.
His clip starts from the B2 elevator and shows the positioning and movement through the gas-filled area, using the room’s railings and edges as visual reference points. The important qualification is his own: the setup is pixel-perfect. This is a precise speedrunning technique, so the demonstration’s alignment matters; it isn’t a general instruction to simply run across the electrified floor.
