Metal Gear Solid Δ: Snake Eater update 1.1.3 is available on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. We’ve broken down the September 5 patch notes below; the Steam version was still awaiting release at the time of this announcement.

The update adds an Inverted Camera Look (Horizontal) option under Options → Controls. It fixes an issue where rewards could fail to unlock after collecting all GA-KO figures, updates models or textures in certain scenes, addresses reported crashes, and includes minor bug fixes and adjustments.
For Steam, Konami is investigating 21:9 aspect ratio support outside cutscenes and an in-game feature to check system specifications. For PlayStation 5, the team is investigating a rendering mode selection option for PS5 Pro. Performance and stability improvements are also being worked on across all platforms. These additional improvements are not included in version 1.1.3; Konami said they would take time to address, with further update plans shared once finalized.
As we said in our follow-up, it’s great to see the team addressing performance and stability, along with proper widescreen support and rendering options for consoles. Hopefully sooner rather than later.
