Fox Hunt needs lessons learned—and Metal Gear Online deserves another chance

We really hope Konami learns from Fox Hunt and the mistakes that held it back. We still found the mode fun and engaging, but releasing it two months after Delta, skipping cross-play, and failing to support it with new content reinforced our concern that it would fade quickly.

Our preference is for Konami to focus on what players have been asking for for years: bring back MGO2, rather than the watered-down approach that came with MGSV.

We still have hope for some form of Metal Gear Online after it was acknowledged during a HOTLINE presentation. That is our hope for the series, rather than an announcement of a new online game.
